The B&B is strategically located: it is 100 m from the cycling path going to the city centre passing through the quarter of San Zeno. Guests are welcome to ask for the B&B bikes. It is 50 m from the bus stop for an easy connection (10 minutes) to the city centre and the railway station of Porta Nuova.

Moreover, the B&B is 25 minutes from Lake Garda with its picturesque villages and famous theme parks of Gardaland and Caneva Water Park, and 20 minutes form the Valpolicella valley with its famous vineyards and wine outlets and Aquardens the new spa park.  Finally, the B&B is 2 minutes walk from the River Adige river where a new rowing club will soon open.
